General Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To make things fair and transparent, we follow the standard cancellation rules of our booking partners (TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide, Airbnb, ByFood, etc.).
- Full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
- No refund is provided if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the class start time.
- If the class is canceled by the host (due to unforeseen reasons such as illness or emergency), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
- In exceptional cases (natural calamities, medical emergencies, etc.), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund & Cancellation Terms

How to Cancel

Go to the platform where you made the booking (TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide, Airbnb, ByFood, etc.).

Log in and open your Booking Details.

Select the Cancel Booking option.

Ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation email before the deadline.
Important Notes
- Each booking platform may display cancellation deadlines in their confirmation email – please review them carefully.
- Examples:
- Viator: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
- GetYourGuide: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Airbnb: Cancel at least 1 day before the experience start time for a full refund.
